i rang yesterday for an appointment and the receptionist was amazing super helpful asked me to ring today and make an appointment,as i been told i rang today but the appointment is for my son and it needed to be after 3 after school this receptionist was really rude telling me in the future i had to come down for an appointment if its not urgent it should be in the morning not later..this is a new one this never ever happen to me before.the appointments are there for people to take if needed and if im ringing for an appintment must be a reason for it as i dont ring doctors very often..she is probably having a bad day but its not my problem.i might having a bad day too...people are very rude for no reason and thats just sad,rude and not fair to someone ill.

Dr Webb was great, (running slightly late but still felt like he had plenty of time for the appointment) very approachable. I've always managed to get a same day appointment if necessary, receptionists seem helpful.

I have always found all staff to be polite and helpful. I think this very busy practice provides care to a very high standard in trying times. I count myself lucky having transferred from another local practice...have no intention of going back!!!

Having a doctor who actually listens to what you are telling them would be a big plus. There is too much pressure to get you in and out of the door, and as a consequence, mistakes are made.
